Chisinau Hospital No. 4 has a bad reputation. Patients come here not to be treated, but to die. This hospital has the largest palliative care unit in the whole Republic of Moldova. About 950-1000 people pass through the doors of the department per year, one third of whom leave the life within the walls of this hospital. Fear and death are eternal companions. Doctors working here are used to death - it is a frequent guest here. Cancer, old age, autoimmune diseases - death has many names, but in the end it all ends the same way.
